This part: It's been nine months since X2 and the Xavier Institute is a very different place. A revitalized and expanded team of X-Men are now operating on the global level, and the school is bursting at the seams with new students. Moira MacTaggart, one of Charles Xavier's closest colleagues and oldest friends, has finally settled into her new role at the Institute when she gets a call for help from the other man in her life - Nathan Dayspring.

I've decided I need a separate writing journal, for a number of reasons I won't bore you with. I'll probably continue to post pointers in my own journal when I post fic here, but the actual fic will go here.

I'm going to try and make this at least a semi-interesting place to visit - works in progress (on filter), hopefully additional fics besides my current epic (Go Tell The Spartans, which I'm going to repost here shortly), various musings, maybe even non-fanfic writing. What I'm hoping is that this will get me back into the habit of writing on a more regular basis.

As anyone who's known me for a while can see, I didn't get precisely creative about the new journal name. *grins* It's still me. Just me in a new spot.
